Dear Wonderful Brimm Families,

We are on the countdown to transition to remote learning as an effort to promote “social distancing” and stop the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus.  Brimm will close for a two-week period, effective Tuesday, March 17  through March 31, 2020. Tuesday, March 17th is the day for your child and families to come to the school to pick up instructional packets and any personal belongings they may have left behind.  All resources for the 14 day plan can be found on our website. Below is the link to Brimm’s website: http://camdencitybrimm.ss12.sharpschool.com/Click on the remote learning link. Here you will find the website for each teacher and the 14 day remote plan is mapped out.  The expectation is that students navigate to the website for each of their teachers each day to get and complete that day’s assignments. Your child must follow this plan and be prepared to submit all assignments. For many students, they are able to submit assignments ongoing via the  Summit platform. Some teachers have outlined their assignments that should be completed offline and compiled until we resume class sessions. On the first day back from closure, students will submit their assignments to their teachers.  As always, communication is of the utmost importance in these uncertain times.  Please feel free to reach out to me at cmacrina@camden.k12.nj.us with any questions or concerns. Also, each of the teachers has  listed their email addresses at the top of their webpages and are available during normal school hours to address questions and concerns.  Thank you for all of your flexibility and understanding as we cope with this unprecedented situation.  Please know that your and our entire Brimm Family’s health and safety are of the utmost importance to me, and I hope and pray that we all may return to school soon.

Ms. Macrina
